Ingredients:
Tomato – 3 nos chopped
Onion – 1 no chopped lengthwise
Green Chillies – 2 no chopped
Stock of Toor dhal – 3 glasses.
Salt – To Taste
Oil – Little for frying
Method:
Heat a shallow pan and add the oil, then add chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes till the onion turns light brown.
Then add the chopped tomatoes and green chilles and allow it to cook till soft.
Then add the three glasses of dhal stock and allow it to boil.
Then add salt and garnish with coriander and mint leaves and remove from fire.
