Ingredients:
100 gms Broken raw rice
100 gms Pasip Paruppu moong dhal
250 gms Vellam – jaggery
50 gms Sugar
1/2 Coconut grated
100 gms Ghee
1 no Cardamom Powdered
Method:
Slightly roast the grated coconut and keep aside.
Heat the pan add slightly roast the broken raw rice.
Add water and allow it to cook.
Boil and keep seperately the pasip paruppu.
Add both and add jaggery and sugar allow it to cook well.
Add the raosted coconut and the cardomom.
