Ingredients:
chicken, jointed – 1.2 kg
thick curd – 1 cup
ginger paste – 1 tsp
garlic paste – 1 tsp
freshly crushed pepper – 11/2 tbsp

Mushroom Pepper Fry 2

Ingredients:
Onions – 2 big chop finely
Tomatoes – 3 chop finely
Green chilies – 3 cut lengthwise
Button mushrooms – 3 packets
Paneer – 200 gms or made from 2 litres milk.
Oil – for frying

Cumin powder – 1 tsp

Chettinad Crab Pepper Fry

Ingredients:
4 – Crabs
Grind to a paste
12 – Red Chilies
1 Tsp – Pepper
1 Full Pod – Garlic
1/2 Tsp – Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
4 Tsp – Oil
1 Lime size – Tamarind
