Ingredients:
Chicken liver – 200 gms
Chicken gizzard – 200 gms
Spring onion with leaves (chopped) – 1/2 stalk
Ginger (chopped) – 1″
Vinegar – 2 tbsps
Soya sauce – 3 tbsps
Aniseeds (powdered) – 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – to taste
Salt – to taste

Method:
 Cover the chicken with 1 tbsp vinegar and water. Bring to boil. Drain and wash off scum. Place in a bowl along with 3 tbsps soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, onion, ginger and aniseeds. Steam for about 2 hours. Add sesame oil and sugar. Slice and serve cold.
