Simple Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
broiler chicken, cut into pieces – 1 kg
butter – 25 gms.
maida – 1 tbs
chilli powder – 1 tsp
pepper powder – 1 tsp
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup water
salt – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat 25 gms. butter in a pressure cooker.
2. Add maida, stir well and fry till light brown.
3. Add chilli powder, pepper powder and stir for 30 seconds.
4. Add half cup water and tomato puree.
5. Add raw chicken pieces and stir well.
6. Add salt and cook for 7 minutes.
Serve hot with rice, bread or rotis.
