Ingredients:
Chicken breast (sliced thinly) – 120 gms
String beans (stems removed) – 300 gms
Bamboo shoot (sliced thinly) – 1
Mushrooms (sliced thinly) – 2
Spring onion (chopped finely) – 1
Ginger (chopped finely) – 1/2″
Oil – as per need
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto – pinchful
Sugar – to taste
Salt – to taste

Method:
 Heat oil and deep fry the string beans until tender. Drain and set aside. Heat oil once again and saute the onion, ginger and chicken till the chicken changes colour. Add the vegetables, sprinkle seasoning and cook on a low flame till tender and well – cooked.
