Ingredients:

2 – Tender raw banana
1/4 cup – grated fresh coconut
1 tsp – black pepper
salt – as required
oil – for frying
1/4 tsp – mustard seeds
curry leaves – few

Method:
Scrape outer skin and dice banana into medium cubes.
Keep immersed in water till required.
Grind coconut, pepper and salt to smooth paste.
Heat oil in deep frying pan, add mustard, curry leaves and then chopped vegetable pieces.
Fry for 1 or 2 minutes and then add ground paste with 1/2 cup water.
Close with lid and cook in reduced flame stirring in between till banana is cooked and dry curry.
