approximately – 1200 -1500gm
cut in large pieces
lime juice – 1 tbsp
salt – to taste
groundnut oil for basting
kasuri methi – 1 tbsp

hung curd – 1 cup

coriander seeds – 1 tsp

Ingredients:
cuminseeds – 1 tbsp
chicken – 500 gm
ground ginger – 1 tsp
salt – to taste
chilli powder – 1 tsp
pinch of turmeric
vinegar groundnut oil as needed – 1/4 cup

cloves of garlic minded – 8
