Chettinad Spicy Chicken Dry Roast

Ingredients
Chicken – 1
Tomatoes Big – 4
Onions Big – 4
Garlic – 3 Full pods big
Oil – 200 gms.
Grind together
Cloves: – 4
Ginger – 4 Inch Piece
Pepper Corns – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 3 Teaspoon
Jheera – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt – To Taste
Method
Clean and cut chicken into joints.
Grind the red chilli powder and also the masala and garlic and ginger peeled.
Take 1/2 the masala and smear on the chicken pieces and set aside for 1/2 hour.
Fry in oil for 10 minutes.
Heat oil, fry onions, add remaining half masala. Then add cut tomatoes.
Cook well adding hot water. When the mixture boils, add the fried chicken and let it cook till done and dry. Add one teaspoon vinegar and remove.
