Ingredients:
Button mushrooms – 200 gms
Cauliflower – 1 small
(Separate into smaller flowerets and put in hot water for 3 minutes.
Strain the water and take).
Sliced Onions – 1/2 cup
Aji-no-moto – 1/2 tsp
Spring Onions – 2 finely chopped
Cumin seed – 1/2 tsp
Oil or butter – for frying
Grind together:
Small onions peeled – 6
Garlic – 5 flakes
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Tomatoes – 2
Sugar – 1 tsp
vinegar – 11/2 Tbsp
Method:
Wash and cut mushroom into thin slices.
Cut spring onions.
Heat butter and fry sliced onions for 2 minutes.
Add cauliflower, mushroom, aji-no-moto and fry for few minutes.
Add ground paste and cook in medium flame till moisture is absorbed.
Add spring onions after removing from fire.
Use as pizza topping, sandwich topping or as side dish for dosa.
