Ingredients:

Mint leaves – 2 bunches
Red chillies – 10
Onion diced – 1 big
Garlic peeled – 10 flakes
Ginger sliced – 1 inch piece
Tamarind – small gooseberry sized
Salt – as required
Oil – for frying
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp

Method:

Heat little oil in  a kadai and fry and chillies, onion, ginger in a medium flame.
Add washed mint leaves at the end and fry till it shrinks.
Soak tamarind in water for 10 minutes.
Add to the fried ingredients and grind to chutney consistency.
Season mustard seeds in hot oil and mix with chutney.
