Ingredients:

1 Bunch Keerai – Wash carefully and cut into small size
3 nos red chili halved
6 nos small onions chopped
1 tsp Cumin seed and urad dhal
2 tsp oil
1/ 2 cups wash water from rice.
½ cup coconut milk
Salt to taste.
Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, urad dhal,  red chili and onion and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the keerai and sauté..
Add 1/2 cups wash water from rice.
Add coconut milk and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
