Ingredients:
Chicken (cooked and shredded) – 1/2 cup
Mushrooms (chopped) – 2
Soya sauce – 2 tsps
Chilli powder – 1/8 tsp
Ginger (grated) – 1/2 tsp
Vinegar – 11/2 tsp
Spring onion (chopped finely) – 1
Chicken stock – 4 cups
Cornflour (mixed with 1/2 cup water) – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Sugar – to taste
Method:
Bring the stock to a boil. Add to it all other ingredients (except cornflour) and let boil once again. Add the cornflour mixture, let boil and serve hot.
