Ingredients:
Chicken (chopped into 3 cm pieces) – 1/2 (medium)
Spring onion (minced finely) – 1/2
Ginger juice – Few drops
Soya sauce – 2 tbsps
Vinegar – 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour – 5 tbsps
Tomato ketchup – to taste
Oil – to deep fry
Method:
Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger juice, onion, vinegar and soya sauce for 2 hours.
Drain well, roll in cornflour and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup.
