Ingredients

2 Fresh cucumber
1 no Onion Large
2 Cups curd (sour)
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 Green chilies
1 twig Coriander Leaves
½ spoon Asafetida
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
 
Method:
 
Peel the cucumber and the onions. 
Grate them by a food processor. 
Heat the oil. 
Add mustard seeds and asafetida. 
Now add chopped green chilies. 
Mix grated cucumber, onion, curd and salt. 
Stir it and garnish with coriander leaves.
