Ingredients:

2 or 3 small crabs
5 – Green Chilies
4 Tbsp – Grated Coconut
5 Tsp – Khus Khus
1 Tsp – Chilly powder
Salt to taste
1/2 Tbsp – Turmeric Powder
4 Tbsp – Oil
3 – Onions chopped
1 Tsp – Fennel Seeds
6 Flakes – Garlic peeled
1/4 Inch piece – Ginger

Method:

Clean and cut the crabs into pieces, remove legs.
Fry the green chilies in two teaspoon of oil and grind.
Grind grated coconut and khus khus into a smooth paste with little water.
Grind coarsely, ginger, garlic and fennel with a little water.
Heat the oil in a pan, add onions and the crushed garlic ginger masala.
Fry well till the onions are brown.
Add ground green chilies, coconut, khus khus, chilly powder, turmeric powder salt to the cut crabs. Mix well.
Put the crab in the frying pan along with the onions. Mix well for a few minutes.
Add 11/2 glasses of water, mix well and cover, stirring from time to time till the crabs are cooked well and the water is reduced to half the quantity. Then remove from fire, garnish with cut coriander leave
