Ingredients:
Chicken (cleaned) – 1
Spring onion (chopped finely) – 1 stalk
Ginger (chopped finely) – 1″
Vinegar – 2 tbsps

Method:
 Bring the chicken to boil in enough water. Remove to a bowl, season with vinegar. Add onion and ginger and steam for 1 hour. Cool and cut into 2 cm. (1″) wide pieces.
