Ingredients:
Boneless chicken (cubed) – 500 gms
Ginger (grated finely) – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 11/2 cups
Soya sauce – 1/2 cup
Chilli sauce – 2 tsps
Ajinomoto – 3/4 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – to deep fry
Pepper – to taste

Method:
 Marinate the chicken pieces in all the ingredients mentioned above (except oil). Keep aside for 24 hours.
 Drain and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
