Ingredients:
Chicken breast (cleaned & cut) – 6 pieces
Ginger – garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chillies (ground to a paste) – 8
Eggs (beaten well) – 4
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste

Method:
 Cook the chicken pieces covered along with soya sauce, salt and 1/2 cup water.
 Drain and cool. Apply the ground pastes to the pieces evenly, sprinkle seasoning, coat with bread crumbs, dip into beaten eggs and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour. Serve hot.
