Ingredients:
Boneless skinned Chicken- 500 gms
Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp.
Egg – 1
Corn FlourPowder – 2 tbsp.
Green Chilies- 5-6 Chopped
Green Capsicum – 2Chopped
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto -A pinch
chicken Broth/ Water – 2 cups
Oil – 1 tbsp
Oil to fry
Method:
Cut the boneless skinned chicken into small cubes.
Add 1tbsp. Soya sauce, 1tbsp. 1 tbsp corn flour, salt, egg in a bowl and then add the chicken and marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
Add green capsicum and saute for a while in the oil ad keep it seperately
Heat oil in a shallow pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till brown.
Now heat a kadhai and 1 tbsp. oil and add garlic paste, green chilies and sauté for a while.
Add 1 tbsp corn flour in chicken broth or water and boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt , ajinomoto and remaining Soya sauce.
Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes and add capsicum and garnish.
Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve chinese chili chicken hot garnished with chopped green onion tops.
Chinese chili chicken goes well with steamed / boiled rice.
