Ingredients:
Chicken (shredded) – 1 (medium)
Spring onion (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Peppercorns (crushed) – 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Method:
Pressure cook all the above ingredients upto 1 whistle. Then pressure cook on a low flame for 2 minutes. Mash and strain. The chicken left behind can be used in the preparation of other dishes and the liquid obtained can be used as chicken stock for various dishes.
