Ingredients:
200 gms Chicken or Chicken Bone Chopped
3 Red dry chillies powdered.
1 tsp Coriander seeds
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Grated Coconut
½ tsp Fennel Seed Powder
1 bit Lavanga pattai
½ tsp Kalppasi
2 tsp Pepper Powder
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste.
Method:
Clean the Chicken and add turmeric powder and pressure cook along with Coriander seeds and red dry chily powder.
Allow it to cook well.
Grind grated coconut and fennel seeds and add to the bpiling rasam.
Add Salt to taste.
Heat a pan and fry Lavanga ppattai and kalppasi and add the rasam.
Simmer for some time.
