Ingredients:
Red chillies (broken into bits) – 5 – 6
Garlic (peeled) – 12 cloves
Cornflour – 2 tsps
Soya sauce – 4 tsps
Tomato ketchup – 1/4 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto – pinchful
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste

Method:
 Prepare ‘Chicken Manchurian’ as explained in Part II (Section 4).
 Heat the oil in a heavy – bottomed pan and saute the red chillies and garlic (minced) gently. Add all other ingredients mentioned above and bring to a boil.
 Place the chicken manchurian in a serving bowl and pour the sauce over it. Serve hot.
