Ingredients

Chicken – 1 Cut into small pieces
Coconut Milk – 1 Tumbler
Lime Juice – Of 1 lime or 1/2 a cup of tamrind water

Grind all this together into a paste, adding a little water:

Small onions – 10
Coriander Powder – 3 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Jheera Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Somph – 1 Teaspoon
Khus Khus – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 Small Piece
Cloves – 2 + 2 For frying
Cardamom – 2 + 2 For frying

Method

Pressure cook chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in a vessel, fry a small piece of cinnamon, 2 cardamom and 2 cloves. Add ground masala and fry well till the raw smell goes, then add cooked chicken with the water, cook for 10 minutes. You can add 1/2 tumbler coconut milk, boil and remove, adding juice of 1 lime or you can add 1/2 cup tamarind water boil and remove.
