Ingredients
Chicken – 1 Kilo (Cut into 10 pieces)
Ginger – 3 Inch Piece
Dried Red Chillies – 15
Green Chillies – 4
Small Onions – 25
Salt – To Taste
Kesari Powder – For frying
Curds – 1 Teaspoon
Eggs – 1 Cup
Besan Flour (Kadalai maavu) – 2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder – 2 Teaspoon
Method
Cook the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes.
Grind all the ingredients, mix with curds and marinate the chicken pieces for 2 hours.
Beat eggs, sprinkle besan flour, add salt. Then dip each chicken piece and shallow fry in oil. Serve hot.
