Ingredients

Chicken – 1
Onions – 2 (Cut)
Small Onions – 10
Tomatoes Big – 2 (Cut)
Chilli Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Dhania Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Green Chillie – 4 – 5 Slit
Salt – To Taste
Coconut – 1/2
Khus Khus – 1 Teaspoon
Ginger – 2 Inch Piece
Coriander Leaves – 1 Bunch
Mint Leaves – 1 Small Bunch
Garlic – 5 – 6 Small Flakes
Oil – 100 – 200 Grams

Method

Fry half the amount of onions, green chillies and tomatoes in oil (100 gms). Then add the chicken pieces and cook till pieces are browned on all sides. Add chilli and dhania powder and salt and cook, adding enough water to cook till chicken is tender. Grind coconut, khus khus, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves and the remaining onions. Heat a deep frying kadai or frying pan. Fry the cut small onions till brown. Add the ground masala and cook till the masala is cooked and the raw smell goes. Then add the cooked chicken and cook till well done.
