Ingredients:
Part A
Small Onion – 20 nos
or Big Onion 2 Nos
Dry Red Chillies – 5 nos
Tamarind – little or 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Part B – For Seasoning:
Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
Urad Dhal ? teaspoon
Curry Leaves ? A little.
Oil – 1 Teaspoon.
Method:
Grind all the part A items and mix with two table spoon water.
Heat a pan and add oil and add the seasoning items and add the above ground mixer and keep in sim till it boils.
This goes well with Kuzhi paniyaram, Masal Paniyaram,Vellai Paniyaram and Uzhundha vadai.
