Ingredients:
Chicken (cut into 3 cm, pieces) – 1 (medium)
Chestnuts – 500 gms.
Ginger (shredded) – 2″
Soya sauce – 4 tbsps
Vinegar – 3 tbsps
Oil – to fry
Ajinomoto – pinchful
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – to taste
Salt – to taste

Method:
Fry the chicken along with ginger in as little oil as you can. Add all other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.
