Ingredients:

200 gms Beans
10 nos Small Onion chopped
1 no Tomato chopped
1 cup Thuvaram Paruppu – boiled with little Turmeric Powder.
small lemon sized Tamarind
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Kuzhambu Powder
Salt to taste
A few Curry leaves
For Seasoning: Mustard, Asafoetida, Urad dhal, fenugreek little each.
Method:

Cut Beans into small pieces.
Add Beans, onions, tomato to cooked dhal.
Add kuzhambu powder and salt to the above mixture.
Add water to cover and cook in low flame.
Extract juice from the tamarind and add.
Heat little oil in a pan and add all seasoning materials and add to the Kuzhambu.
Allow it to boil and serve.
